FCA Tween* Team!
Get up close and personal with some of the cutest animals around. Enjoy some hands-on time and a tour of the AHS Golden Valley Pet Adoption Center.
We have scheduled a program called Pet University. Pet University focuses on different topics around our most common pets. Kids attending Pet University will explore a series of hands-on actvity stations that reinforce concepts in pet care and animal welfare. Topics include veterinary care, pet costs, pet grooming, pet point of view, animal cruelty and animal caregivers.
If your child enjoyed the two previous Tween events (Dumpling making and Indoor rock climbing), they will love this event!
Parents are welcome to attend with their child(ren), with a total registration maximum of 20 (this means spots will fill up quickly!).
*FCA Tween Events are open to kids in grades 4 through 7.
